Rastrelli, Lemon Named to 2025 HCAC Spring Sportsmanship Team
Anderson University women’s lacrosse junior Alli Rastrelli and Anderson men’s tennis senior Dylan Lemon have been named as Anderson's selections for the 2025 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Spring Sportsmanship Team.
Anderson University women's lacrosse junior Alli Rastrelli and Anderson men's tennis senior Dylan Lemon have been named as Anderson's selections for the 2025 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Spring Sportsmanship Team.
The sportsmanship award was developed as part of a conference-wide sportsmanship initiative in 2009. Members of the All-HCAC Sportsmanship team for each championship season include two athletes from each member institution, each of whom are selected by their schools as individuals who represent values that are associated with positive sportsmanship on and off the field/court. Nominees must have demonstrated consistently values such as fairness, respect, integrity, support and positivity in their participation in intercollegiate athletics within the HCAC.
Other finalists for the HCAC Sportsmanship Award included baseball senior Nate Kelly, men's golf freshman John Mercer, women's golf freshman Ava Capes, men's lacrosse sophomore Will Harriman, softball sophomore M.J. Harper, women's tennis junior Ella Frantz, men's track and field junior David Stansbury and women's track and field senior Jaycie Sones.
