MSOE, DePauw Fight Past Ravens
Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) and DePauw University each fought past the Anderson University softball team during the Pioneer Classic on Sunday at Elizabethtown Sports Park in Elizabethtown, Ky.

Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) and DePauw University each fought past the Anderson University softball team during the Pioneer Classic on Sunday at Elizabethtown Sports Park in Elizabethtown, Ky.
MSOE (3-5) topped Anderson (2-6) by a score of 9-1 in six innings. DePauw (6-2) then secured an 8-3 win against Anderson.
GAME 1: MSOE 9, ANDERSON 1 (F/6)
The Raiders outhit the Ravens 9-3. Maddie Schoenradt delivered a solo home run. Avery Owens and Ariannah Jones each contributed singles. Hannah Merkel (0-2) suffered the loss. She issued five walks and gave up five runs on four hits in four innings.
GAME 2: DEPAUW 8, ANDERSON 3
The Tigers outhit the Ravens 13-2. Kylie Coleman ripped an RBI double. Jayda McKee also provided a single. Schoenradt, Alexis Schultz and McKee each stole bases. M.J. Harper (1-3) was hit with the loss. She struck out two batters, yielded two walks and surrendered seven runs (four earned) on 10 hits in five and one-third innings.

Anderson wraps up the Pioneer Classic on Sunday as the Ravens face off with Millikin University (5-4) at 11 a.m. and Maryville University (Tenn.) (13-7) at 1:15 p.m. Both games are scheduled at Elizabethtown Sports Park Field No. 3.
