Wolf Records 200th Career Hit against (RV) Pioneers
Anderson University baseball senior Griffin Wolf recorded his 200th career hit during Saturday’s Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) doubleheader against Transylvania University.

Anderson University baseball senior Griffin Wolf recorded his 200th career hit during Saturday's Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) doubleheader against Transylvania University.
The Pioneers (13-6, 6-0) fought past the Ravens (13-10-1, 3-3) by a score of 8-5 in Game 1. Transylvania then topped Anderson 13-3 in eight innings in Game 2.
GAME 1: TRANSYLVANIA 8, ANDERSON 5
Anderson outhit Transylvania 10-8. Wolf went 3-for-5 with an RBI. Trey Dorton went 2-for-4 with two runs and a stolen base while Dylan Hogan finished 2-for-5 with an RBI and a stolen base. Ben Brown and Kellan Bailey each drove in runs. Bailey, Zayden Stiller and Ian Potts each rounded out Anderson's 10 hits with singles.
Rhet Heckman (3-1) was hit with the loss. He struck out three batters, issued two walks and surrendered seven runs (five earned) on seven hits in five and two-thirds innings. C.J. Williams punched out three batters, conceded zero walks and gave up one run on one hit in three and one-third innings.
GAME 2: TRANSYLVANIA 13, ANDERSON 3 (F/8)
The Pioneers outhit the Ravens 14-9. Daniel Barreca went 3-for-3 with two walks. Wolf finished 2-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI. Will Loftus contributed an RBI single. Dorton rounded out Anderson's eight hits with a single.
Braden Richey (2-3) was tagged with the loss. He struck out one batter, issued one walk and allowed seven runs (six earned) on nine hits in four innings. Gavin Owsley fanned two batters, yielded zero walks and allowed one unearned run on two hits in two and two-thirds innings.
