Women’s Swimming & Diving Secures Fourth in Halloween Invitational

The Anderson University women's swimming and diving team secured fourth place in the Halloween Invitational on Saturday in Bloomington, Ill.

Anderson's 3x100-yard individual medley team of Morgan Ferguson, Callie Manley and Ella Rector took third with a school-record time of 3 minutes, 22.06 seconds.

Lillie Owens competed in multiple events for the second time since missing the entire 2024-25 season due to injury.

"It has been really fun having Lillie Owens back competing with us," Coach Nathan Manley said. "Lillie had to miss the 2024-25 season due to an injury, but she is steadily working her way back to 100 percent. Our athletic training staff has been incredibly supportive of her and all of our athletes. We're blessed to be at a school where the 'minor sports' get 'major-sport' attention and care."
