Men’s Tennis Racks Up Eight ITA Scholar Athletes
Eight Anderson University men's tennis athletes were selected as Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar Athletes.
Eight Anderson University men's tennis athletes were selected as Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar Athletes.
Davis Borders, Jacob Davenport, Will Fosnot, Luis Guerrero, Thomas Kennedy, David Lewis, Ian Potts and Pedro Sette were each named ITA Scholar Athletes. The ITA recognized tennis athletes with at least a 3.5 GPA for the 2025-26 year. Anderson also led the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) with eight ITA Scholar Athletes.
The Ravens were named an ITA All-Academic Team for the third year in a row. The ITA recognized member tennis teams with at least a 3.2 GPA for the 2025-26 year.
Borders and Fosnot have received ITA Scholar Athlete honors in all three years of their eligibility. Guerrero and Sette have earned ITA Scholar Athlete recognition in both years of eligibility. Kennedy and Lewis were selected as ITA Scholar Athletes in their first year of eligibility. Davenport is a two-time ITA Scholar Athlete and Potts was named an ITA Scholar Athlete for the first time in his career.
