Anderson University men’s tennis junior Martin Suarez has been named the Raven Male Athlete of the Week while Anderson women’s soccer senior Adrienne Weyers has been named the Raven Female Athlete of the Week.
Anderson University men’s tennis sophomore Luis Guerrero took second place in the No. 5 singles flight in the two-day DePauw Fall Invitational, which concluded on Sunday in Greencastle.
The Anderson University men’s soccer team rolled past Beloit College by a score of 4-0 to secure the Raven/Quaker Classic title for the third year in a row. Anderson Volleyball topped Wisconsin Lutheran College in four sets before Anderson fell to Albion College in four sets. Men’s Tennis locked up a 6-1 victory against Adrian College while Women’s Tennis suffered a 5-2 loss to Adrian. Men’s Golf is tied for 12th place after Day 1 of the Transylvania Fall Invitational.
