Raven Volleyball Announces Fall 2024 Team Awards

Paige Ricica was named team MVP while Lauren Dungan selected as honorary captain. Lacy Rathbun was named the team's most improved player while Amanda Quilhot received the Raven award.
The Ravens also earned awards from the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) in the fall. Reece Kral and Jayda Lanham were selected to the all-HCAC first team while Paige Ricica and Taylor Ridge earned second-team all-HCAC recognition. Lanham was tabbed the HCAC Newcomer of the Year. Blythe Young and Lanham were each named to the HCAC All-Newcomer Team. Peyton Bundy, Dungan, Ricica and Ridge each received academic all-HCAC honors while Dungan was Anderson's female HCAC Sportsmanship recipient for the fall.
Ricica posted set averages of 2.73 kills, 3.3 points, 2.51 digs and 0.34 blocks. She also contributed a .179 hitting percentage. The sophomore from Bryan, Ohio ranks 10th in the HCAC in kills per set and ninth in the HCAC in points per set.
Dungan scattered 5.14 digs per set, which ranked second in the conference.
Lacy Rathbun turned in 1.21 kills per set and 0.24 blocks per set.
Quilhot earned the Raven Award, which is an honor that embodies a positive attitude, great work ethic and supportiveness for teammates.
