Emenhiser Tabbed with First-Team All-HCAC Recognition
Anderson University women’s golf junior Hannah Emenhiser was tabbed with first-team all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) recognition.
Anderson University women's golf junior Hannah Emenhiser was tabbed with first-team all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) recognition.
Emenhiser is Anderson's first women's golf athlete to garner all-conference honors since the 2013-14 season.
"I'm incredibly proud to see Hannah's hard work pay off," Coach Morgan Douglass said. "She has led us so well this year and is truly deserving of an all-conference honor. I can't wait to see what she does next season!"
Emenhiser captured sixth place in the HCAC Championships with a 54-hole score of 252 (+33). The Whiteland native ranks eighth in the HCAC in the national rankings. Emenhiser averaged 11.3 strokes over par for 18 rounds this season. She was selected as the HCAC Athlete of the Week three times this season. Emenhiser was also named to the Randy Sadler Invitational All-Tournament Team and the Earlham Spring Invitational All-Tournament Team. She posted an 18-hole season best of +6 in the Heidelberg Fall Invitational and a 36-hole season best of +17 in the Randy Sadler Invitational. Emenhiser accounts for both of Anderson's rounds of +6 since 2014.
